Located in the south-east of the Timor Island, the multi-client survey area is known for its rich hydrocarbon reserves, with a total area of about 22,000 km2 .The acquired seismic data have been well processed and interpreted by a joint effort of BGP and GGS. Based on the data, international oil and gas companies will be able to bid on the exploration blocks around the area eventually awarded by the Government of East Timor.
