BGP Marine is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a contract with Salamander Energy (Bualuang) Ltd. (an Ophir Group company) for an Ocean Bottom Node (OBN) survey in the Gulf of Thailand.  This 3D/4C OBN survey will use 2600 Geospace OBX nodes and the recently rigged Dong Fang Kan Tan #2 node handling vessel for the duration of this survey.  Acquisition is expected to commence late Q2 2015.  This significant award represents BGP’s first survey with their new OBN crew.
