On 5 November 2024, BGP has been awarded a $490 million contract to expand world’s largest 3D seismic survey for ADNOC, marking a significant milestone in the BGP's global market competitiveness and its commitment to high-quality development supported by new productive forces.

The project is a key exploration initiative planned by ADNOC, aim to identifying additional oil and gas resources and supporting local economic and industrial growth.

This achievement highlights the improvement of BGP's core competitiveness in the global high-end market. BGP was recognized as an "Outstanding Contractor" with 26 onshore seismic projects completed in UAE since 2017 and has been awarded additional workload several times. The service quality and brand image have further strengthened the reliable partnership between BGP and clients.

BGP has been actively promoting the application of various new technologies and methods in the Middle East such as the wide azimuth, broadband & high density seismic acquisition technique (WBH).
