BGP Attended Launch Ceremony of Bogda Seismic Acquisition Project
On June 12, the launch ceremony for the Bogda seismic acquisition project took place in Tajikistan. Senior executives from BGP attended the ceremony alongside the Chinese Ambassador to Tajikistan, academicians, the governor of Khatlon Province and the Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan.
The Bogda seismic acquisition contract is a landmark project of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Tajikistan. It holds significant strategic importance for promoting oil and gas exploration and discovery in Tajikistan and facilitating economic and social development.
As the project implementer, BGP will vigorously promote the Silk Road spirit of "peaceful cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning, and mutual benefit," also trying our best to achieve new breakthroughs in Bogda oil and gas exploration. At the same time, BGP will actively promote localization and environmental protection, contributing to the high-quality development of China-Tajikistan energy cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiative.
