BGP holds groundbreaking HSE workshop, establishes new "shared safety responsibility" model
On August 21, fifteen representatives from nine subcontractors in Oman gathered with project management personnel to conduct an HSE Leadership Workshop. The workshop honored awards and certificates to outstanding subcontractors, and multiple safety consensuses were reached among participants.

The workshop broke through the traditional client-led model and established for the first time a "shared safety responsibility" mechanism. Each subcontractor participated as the "first responsible party for safety", and their field experience and risk insights were incorporated into the safety management decision-making system.
The workshop had three core objectives: fostering a safety leadership culture, building a cross-enterprise collaboration mechanism, and developing a replicable safety management model.
BGP technical experts specifically shared innovative management tools which sparked lively discussions among subcontractors. Attendees proposed recommendations addressing specific issues and jointly discussed actionable plans.
