On June 1, Daleel Petroleum awarded BGP Oman an official honor plaque at its annual Outstanding Performance and HSE Awards Ceremony. The plaque recognizes BGP’s excellent delivery of the 3D seismic acquisition project in Oman.
Completed on January 15, 2026, the Daleel 3D seismic acquisition project finished all the workload seven days ahead of schedule with high-quality results.

The project encountered numerous difficulties at the initial stage. To guarantee smooth and efficient operations, BGP implemented full-cycle project management and comprehensive upfront planning. Throughout the entire project, BGP adhered to strict HSE regulations. The team delivered 1,200 person-times of professional HSE training and organized regular multi-scenario emergency drills, enabling the project  to achieve 55 consecutive days of zero safety incidents during operation. Meanwhile, to further boost operation quality, BGP deployed advanced technologies, including UAV LoRa quality control, DSS shadow shooting and uDAS system, which effectively resolved challenging data acquisition issues in the complex working area.
The project also earned high recognition from senior officials of the Oman Ministry of Energy and Minerals during on-site visits, and has become a benchmark for oil and gas exploration projects in Oman.
