Low Distortion Sweep (LDS), developed by BGP especially for broadband survey using conventional vibrators, which mainly solves two technical problems:

1. Reduction of the mutation of harmonic distortion in signal transition zone on designed custom sweep signals.

Using the LDS technique, the distortion is reduced by more than 20% in average, and more than 40% in the transition zone of sweep signal.

2. Suppression of the serious harmonics at low frequency part

LDS technique can suppress low frequency harmonics as low as -42dB.
