From October 15th to 22nd, 2024, BGP held an eight-day business training program for onshore outstanding international employees. 23 employees from 16 projects participated in the training. These employees are star employees who have made great contributions to the continuous development of BGP with their professional skills and talents.

In order to motivate outstanding international employees, BGP invited them to China for training and commendation. A “theory and practice” mode was provided to help those employees have a better understanding of BGP's integrated business capabilities, the latest technologies, the advanced software and equipment, and the people-oriented company culture.

On October 22, BGP held a symposium with onshore outstanding international employees and BGP top management awarded the cups to them.

The training program is a practice of BGP’s talent-driven strategy.
