The Twelve Life Saving Golden Rules were established by using previous experience and lessons of BGP as well as that from the industry. They must be strictly followed.
The Twelve Life Saving Golden Rules are mandatory for all employees and all sub-contractors. Everyone must understand and comply with them. Everyone has the obligation to intervene as soon as a deviation is observed and immediately stop the work if the risk is not controlled.
