BGP entered into Tanzania in 2007 and now has 1 land crew and 1 TZ crew. BGP has completed 8 2D and 2 3D seismic acquisition project in Tanzania for Amenex, M&P, Ndovu, Afren, Dominion, Beach, RakGAS and Dodsal.

BGP Entered into Uganda in 2007 with 2 2D and 3 3D seismic acquisition projects successfully being completed for Tullow, TotalEnergies and COODC.

In 2015 for the Lake Tanganyika TZ Project BGP was able to reach a water depth of 200m, OBX nodes were deployed with Explosive, Vibrator and Airgun seismic sources acquired together.
